Addiction Services in Austin

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our behavioral health team may recommend our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) as the best plan of care for your addiction concerns based on the results or your initial consultation and assessment. PHP can also be considered a great transition from an inpatient facility setting. The core of PHP is evidence-based psychotherapy in a small group format. Our licensed medical providers oversee medication management when necessary. Our PHP program includes holistic activities in programming to encourage relaxation and mindfulness. Some of these activities include art groups and meditation classes. In our PHP program, our clients will have 5 hours of programming, 5 days each week.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Your mental health is important to us and we want to help you with your recovery journey in Austin TX! Our structured IOP (intensive outpatient program) is meant to accommodate the many demands of establishing a life in recovery while receiving the highest quality mental health clinical support. This means you can keep your job (or find a job) while working on yourself and building a foundation for lifelong recovery.

Our program can function as a “first step” towards recovery from substance use, a “tune-up” following a short reoccurrence of use, or as a support for the transitions from a residential treatment center into the realities of life.

The typical length of our alcohol and drug addiction intensive outpatient program (IOP) is 6 weeks to 8 weeks, however, we are able to accommodate any specific needs regarding the length of the treatment program.

This Central Texas program consists of three-hour IOP sessions facilitated by licensed and credentialed staff, three evenings per week. Clients also receive, at minimum, one individual therapy session with a licensed counselor each week. Your behavioral health is an important aspect of your recovery. We utilize a variety of types of therapy, such as dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. We set up an individualized care plan for each patient because your mental health and relapse prevention, both during and after treatment, are extremely important to us! In an effort to better serve our clients’ needs, we are continuously working toward our goal of adding a partial hospitalization program to our list of recovery programs.

Participants in our intensive outpatient program are regularly given drug urinalysis tests through the program in order to maintain a safe space for recovery.

Traditional Outpatient (OP)

Our Austin Texas outpatient addiction treatment model allows participants to attend a weekly treatment session and return home at the end of the day.

Participants in our OP program attend one IOP session each week that consists of support group therapy and an individualized counseling session. Your counseling session will include therapy, such as cognitive-behavioral, or dialectical behavior therapy, that is tailored to your individual needs. In our outpatient program, we utilize the 12 Step recovery program as well as life skills, coping skills, and clinical groups.

The typical length of our alcohol and drug addiction OP program is 8-12 weeks. However, we are able to accommodate any specific needs regarding the length of the outpatient program.

All our programs are in an “open group” format, so you can start your journey to recovery today!

We are conveniently located near I-35 and Grand Avenue Parkway in Austin TX. Not quite sure whether you need intensive outpatient treatment or our traditional outpatient programs? We can help you decide which outpatient program is right for you and are looking forward to hearing from you. Call Now!
