This environment is designed to help individuals in need of additional support while transitioning from residential treatment, recovering from a relapse, or struggling with co-occurring disorders. The well appointed home is adjacent to Walnut Creek Park in North Austin, staffed, and includes access to additional clinical and medical services for those who may need them.
Programming at South Meadows Recovery transitional housing includes access to individualized recovery coaching, meditation groups, accountability groups, and weightlifting in our onsite gym. Many residents participate in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)while living in a structured sober environment.
