When you arrive at South Meadows Recovery, please go to the building on the left for intake and admissions. Parking is available inside and outside the fenced area. If you need help finding the right entrance, contact admissions before your appointment.
Clients are assigned a primary counselor or therapist as part of their treatment team. Your team will explain how individual counseling, group services, and care coordination work together for your plan.
Our team can explain the schedules and time commitments for available programs so you can make an informed plan around approved work, school, family, and recovery responsibilities.
You may have your phone, but it cannot be used during group sessions. Admissions can explain any additional program, clinical, or house expectations before you start.
A positive initial screen does not automatically determine eligibility. The clinical team reviews each situation, discusses safety and treatment needs, and explains the next step during assessment.
Transportation may be available for clients staying in our sober living or neighboring sober-living facilities. Daily transportation is available for 12:00–3:00 PM programming, with evening transportation currently offered Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
South Meadows Recovery incorporates 12-step principles alongside a broader clinical curriculum and therapeutic approaches. Admissions can explain how recovery support is incorporated into your recommended program.
Bring a complete medication list to your intake assessment. The treatment and medical team will review medications, safety, and program requirements and explain what can continue under appropriate clinical oversight.
