FIND YOUR PATH TO RECOVERY

OUTPATIENT PROGRAM

Our outpatient program is an 8-12 week program which includes 1-1 counseling and group counseling once a week. Often times, this program is offered directly after graduating from our Intensive Outpatient program. Click to learn more.

INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT

Our Intensive Outpatient Program offers group sessions 3 times each week and individual counseling once a week. This program is meant to accommodate the many demands of early recovery while receiving high quality clinical support.

EXTENDED
CARE

Our extended care facility offers additional structure and resources beyond that of a traditional sober living. Designed for individuals transitioning from residential, recovering from a relapse, or struggling with co-occurring disorders.

RECOVERY COACHING

At South Meadows Recovery, we offer Recovery Coaching services to help individuals develop healthy boundaries and active schedules as they navigate early sobriety. Coaches provide encouragement, accountability, and experience.
